Classes and teachers are great. I think many of them give the classes a very nice flow and they also help you improve whenever they can. Great place to do yoga!

It’s very refreshing. I go during my lunch time at work. It’s really nice to be able to do yoga or Pilates after sitting at your desk all morning.
Good class and great location; affordable prices and friendly atmosphere.
A bit too crowded (i.e. would be nice to have a bit more space in between mats) and sometimes it can be annoying to wait outside until the previous class finishes. If it wasn't for that I'd have scored a 10!
Great teachers and so close to my work, what not to like!
My more yoga classes are the highlight of my day. I look forward to leaving my work and worries behind and decompressing at the end of the day. No matter how stressful my day is or jangled my nerves are, a yoga class will see to this. All the trainers are so lovely and each brings their own unique style to the classes so I am never bored.
