Ef was AMAZING! I loved how she used the sanscrit throughout our session. She was very open for us to rest in between exercises and flows. She reminded us about our personal goals of the practice in the middle of the session. I really loved that she came by during shavasana with her oils. She demonstrated such confidence that I was very surprised when she said it was her very first class in public. I hope I'll be able to see her again at the studio!
