Teacher was insightful and energy was great. Location is perfect for where I live. The 21 day deal for £15 is a good offer.
It was my first time doing Yoga. The instructor was lovely and I felt welcome and included, even though slightly out of my depth at times! The room and setup was perfect and I will absolutely be going back
Organised minimal space my first more yoga lesson ..very peaceful like no mirrors and teacher in centre of room...great equipment and great location
