It would be good if there was a mirror in part of the studio so you can see what you are doing (if you want to), but the teacher was brilliant. Everyone there was new to yoga and she explained/demonstrated moves really well and tried to correct our positions when we attempted the moves. She was very encouraging.
Nice fairly new well equipped studio. Excellent teachers as standard with MoreYoga.
The teachers are very good, the price is low, and the classes feel more inclusive than Triyoga where everyone seems to compete each other to wear the best outfit
