I thought that the yoga instructor did a great job, I really needed to get back into the practice of yoga and her positive energy inspired me to get back into it. I still feel relaxed on a Monday morning with a busy caseload! Thank you
The class was so much fun! It was my first Buti class and the instructor laid it all out in the beginning and her doing it with us made it so much more engaging!! And when she told us at the end that she goes off the energy in the room made it even more mind blowing!!
The yoga instructor was fantastic, I haven't been to a yoga classes in years. I was so worried about feeling uncomfortable or judged, but I felt more comfortable then I ever have!
Loved the instructor and the class was a great workout!
