Bethany is amazing. I would highly recommend taking her class, she is a great instructor. The class was challenging but not overwhelming. Perfect way to start the day. Love the 7:30 start time.

We loved our instructor, he was exactly what we were looking for in a relaxation and gentle stretching class. The facility is beautiful, clean and makes it easy to reach a level of comfort that makes the benefits of yoga possible.
