The Saturday morning 9 am class was wonderful. Lindsay is a fantastic teacher.
It was also nice that she took the time to have us smile at each other! It was such a small add but so nice to smile at others not though a mask. I miss it. The class was challenging and also helped me relax and center myself. So fantastic!

Studio atmosphere was nice. Instructor gave clear directions and class was challenging but adjustable to all levels. I greatly appreciate that you are safely open during the pandemic. My prior yoga studio is not open yet. I have an existing back and neck injury that have worsened, as I had not done hot yoga in almost 7 months. I already feel better after yesterday's class!
