The atmosphere was very comfortable and relaxing. I felt very safe with the protocols they had in place and the level of difficulty of the moves in class were easy to adjust for beginners.
Bethany is a wonderful instructor. Classes are challenging but adaptable to all levels. She gives great cues.

I really enjoy Linday's classes. She is a fantastic teacher. I like Moonglows atmosphere. I plan to keep coming snd would recommend it!
