Love the atmosphere and the low number of yogis in the class
When I first arrived, I received a warm welcoming from Lindsay. She was very excited to have new members joining her class. She asked about our needs & wants for the class. She provided assistance when I was struggling with a position. Also, the facility was very nice, clean & organized. After class, Lindsay gave me more info about her class on another day & invited me to come back.
Nice atmosphere, good and clear instructions that had suggestions for alternative postures. Friendly instructor.
