Cozy studio, professional instructor with soothing voice yet descriptive pose sequence that I could follow with my eyes closed. I always enjoyed this studio when visiting the area, I am happy to be in area for winter to explore all classes.

I love the atmosphere and the classes are challenging if I want but I can also be comfortable at my own pace
