The class was amazing for beginners! I didn't have a clue what I was doing when I walked in, but the instructor ensured me that it was okay to only do what I was comfortable doing and take as many breaks as I needed. She even helped me correct some of my poses after class when I had asked for some advice!
I really enjoyed the class and look forward to visiting again.
