Love Moonglow! Excellent instructors in a centering space.
The class was great, but the instructor was trying to use the spotify account for music and she seemed to think someone else was logged in to the account because the music kept changing from what she had selected. She was distracted, we were distracted...we had class with no music, which is cool, but it was weird.
The substitute was an incredible teacher, she was able to explain the proper forms all while keeping the flow going. This was an excellent and challenging class, and I hope to see more classes from her!
The tempature was great. It was my first time doing a Ying Yoga. I enjoyed the workout.
