I really enjoy Lindsay's class and I'm glad she is back. I will also be trying other classes.
I think it was a great experience. Plan on returning since I'm a new participant.
Location is fairly tight and the instructor did not go around and adjust any poses. We also did not focus on breathing as much as we should/as much as the instructor said we would. However, I enjoy the range of classes and heat levels, and the class was clean and people are friendly.
