Instructors are excellent with multiple variations based on abilities. Friendly, inviting, and inclusive atmosphere. Other class participants friendly and polite.
Everyone is so sweet and the instructors are awesome. I love how motivating they are and understanding that I need to make numerous modifications. I honestly didn't think I'd like Yoga, much less stick with it, and I absolutely love it!!!
