I loved the class . Made me feel very relaxed and still got a good workout in, I’m sore today .
Therese, Carolyn, and all the instructors are friendly, helpful, and caring. I always feel welcome at the studio and miss going when I am not able.
My Son enjoyed the Baseball Yoga Course very much.
It is difficult to find yoga opportunities for me and my 3 year old to enjoy together to begin with, then add that the instructor was fantastic and engaging directly with the children, from the moment we walked in the door was more than I could have ever expected. My 3 year old asked if we could go back to “yogurt” the next day.
