Instructor was welcoming, gave options during class and had creative sequence.
I enjoy the variety of classes offered and I enjoy the people that I consider my "yoga tribe". I like that any level yogi can attend classes here and feel comfortable.
Always a welcoming environment! I throughly enjoyed the Barre class and I greatly hope to see more of those on the schedule!
