Christiane and Bailey are *excellent* teachers, I really appreciate their respective solid grounding in Astanga and Hatha traditions and trajectories as well as their astute attention to alignment and sequencing. And, as an artist, my budget is limited; so, I love the affordable pricing. Additionally, I've met nice people in class, and the class times are good for me.
