Honestly.... it was so much more than I expected. I just moved from California, and I foolishly thought I wouldn't find people of the like with a firm understanding and a sincere desire to promote similiar thoughts and philosophies. I was pleasantly humbled, bc what I found thru my attendance was a HOPE, that has fuel, reignited my efforts to start living well-mind body and spirit as I was doing before my move. Logistically, the accommodations were perfect, comfortable and easy. The instructor was knowledgeable, AUTHENTIC, giving, creative and humble. A true gem to have met. Thank you for arranging this and this available. It's very much needed. Ps: sorry I'm so wordy
