• The gym has serious equipment and classes but is very low-key and relaxed, all-ages, fun and genuinely friendly, best "gym dog" in the world, friendly knowledgeable trainers who motivate without shouting. Love it!

• There was a very positive and welcoming atmosphere. The workout was great and can be modified for all fitness levels. There was a variety of equipment and the facility was very clean and updated. Overall great class and people!
