I loved the class so much it was such a vibe especially with the dark lighting! I've been telling everyone to come with me to the next one the only issue that could be fixed is the mic could be a bit clearer it was a bit hard to hear the instructor

The gym has serious equipment and classes but is very low-key and relaxed, all-ages, fun and genuinely friendly, best "gym dog" in the world, friendly knowledgeable trainers who motivate without shouting. Love it!
