I enjoy the atmosphere, the knowledge of the coaches, and the equipment available. I would like guided stretching though after the group classes, just a suggestion. Great place over all, and I love the family involvement.

I love the group fitness classes. Chris and Jacob are great instructors. I enjoy working out at a gym where they know your name and encourage you along the way.

I love that I can bring my children with me to work out. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The workout is great. I loved my visit!
