I like the small team work out. The trainer paid attention to make sure we were all working out properly. I liked that no matter what level ones workout level is, it does not matter because the trainer can modify the workout for each person yet we are all moving forward together. It is a great workout and I felt really good when we were finished! I also like the family atmosphere!
