The atmosphere was very welcoming. The infrared sauna was rejuvenating. I appreciated that the staff were masked and there were air purifiers in the rooms. I also appreciated the beverage selection as it was already a very hot day. When I had questions about the check in process I got a helpful phone call back. It was overall a very pleasant experience.
