1st time trying acupuncture and I was a bit nervous. The staff at MindBody Wellness Inc. helped me understand the process and I felt very comfortable with their expertise.

The staff members were SO kind and approachable, the service was phenomenal and I loved my infrared sauna hour, and the free coconut water at the end put it all over the top!

Susan was great and took a lot of time talking to me, seemed like she really cared and wanted to help me. I enjoyed the session and felt great afterwards. The price was very reasonable and the location is convenient for me. Thanks

I was so disappointed with my service. I went in for Craniosacral therapy which I've had done at many different places over the years, and it's always involved a bit of a head massage. This didn't involve any massage at all and I feel lied to. It was a Reiki healing session and the therapist barely touched me the entire time, and spent a significant amount of time just barely touching my toes and then my pelvis, not even my head. She made me hold crystals and lay on a crystal bed. But whatever, I clearly signed up at the wrong place with the wrong person for what I wanted at all.

But I left feeling absolutely horrible and holding back tears the entire time because I have significant physical chronic illnesses and the therapist told me the base of them is emotional, when that is not the case for me. It's very triggering to be told my illnesses are emotionally-based, and if I just let her heal my energy I'll recover... when recovery isn't possible. But she said it is because she recovered from the same illnesses. That's wonderful but I don't need the toxic messaging for me. Again, fine if you believe believe physical illnesses are emotionally based for yourself, but she asked if I was open to discussing emotional basis for my illnesses and I flat out said no, not at all, I have an autoimmune and heart condition, I know that's the base, I don't feel comfortable in any way with you even suggesting otherwise. But instead she continued on about emotional basis for all illness. She also incorporated reiki she I did not sign up for and did not want, and when she practiced it in me I told her this isn't helping and I feel nothing and I was there for a head massage and she continued to do it and I felt pressured to just lie and say sure I feel something so she wouldn't make me feel even worse about not "opening my heart" in her words to my necessary emotional healing.

Please for your own mental health, if you don't want to be traumatized by having someone tell you your physical chronic incurable illnesses can be cured with some reiki, do not go here. And just know, because I felt totally lied to, that their cranial sacral therapy isn't a massage at all and involves almost nothing but sitting on a hot bed occasionally with a hand touching you.

This was my first time here, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The establishment is very clean bright and airy. It smells as you would expect, with aromatherapy kind of built into the whole picture. There are beverages for sale and you get a complementary water upon leaving.

I came for a Reiki appointment. I have had the service performed before, but never like this! Wow! This was so much more intense. It was relaxing but also cleansing and spiritual. The girl knows her stuff! She had my whole energy read before we even started. Honestly, I was blown away.

Pricing is comparable to other establishments. The facilities are clean. And the best part - the staff are all super welcoming.

10/10 recommend and will be back.

I felt so good and aligned after my session with Susan, I believe in the work that she does and I could feel results almost instantly.

I was in Milwaukee area for a wedding. I have a bad sciatic nerve that was acting up. I called the office and they were able to get me in immediately. I was greeted by friendly staff upon arriving. They had me to fill out some paperwork and explained everything to me. Then I went in for acupuncture and cupping session. I woke up the next day feeling wonderful. I would definitely come back. I am from Indianapolis Indiana. Amanda was wonderful and Haley was wonderful as well. Definitely top class business.
