I have been going to MindPose for about 2 years now and it has been amazing. I travel for my job and I usually try and visit another Yoga studio while I am out of town. Each time I do I realize how amazing Mindpose is. They put a lot into making sure everyone that is there will get what they need.
Bailey is a great teacher! I enjoyed the longer class and the pace she kept.
Great studio and great teachers. Just wish you would put a location back in Saratoga Springs too
Last night was my first class and I the the deep stretch was a great introduction. The atmosphere was such a good vibe. The instructors voice was calm and soothing. I went with my GF who's been going to you for a few years. Great facility.
