I went in as a beginner and I felt like the instructor did a great job teaching an inclusive class. There was enough instruction that I didn't feel left behind but she kept pace so that others weren't slowed down. Good clean studio. Well thought out sequences.
The studio is clean and well managed. The staff is so friendly and welcoming to every skill level and the class is encouraged to be adapted to any skill level.
The studio was beautiful and clean, the instructor was wonderful and taught an excellent class, and even though it was my first time doing any yoga I was able to keep up and felt great afterward. I'm very excited to keep coming back!
