I've been struggling mentally lately and for the first time in a very long time I found peace on the mat in your studio. From the minute I walked in the door I felt a very calming atmosphere that only intensified after meeting each instructor. I felt very safe, vulnerable and my mind was able to be quiet there. I needed that feeling back in my life.
Great facility, instructors and pricing
The instructor gave clear instruction, with good energy, and the environment was clean, bright, with aromatic cold washcloths at the end. Reminded me of my favorite yoga studio in CA.
