Our instructor was awesome!? This was my 1st experience doing hot yoga and Sandi was the best she explained each pose, was soft spoken and clear very relaxing experience as well. I highly recommend her

Michelle was very welcoming and was a wonderful instructor. Definitely made me sweat and it was just an excellent experience from start to finish.
Baillie is a great teacher and I always enjoy her classes. She has lots of variety in her classes and encourages everyone to try new variations.
