The instructor gave clear instruction, with good energy, and the environment was clean, bright, with aromatic cold washcloths at the end. Reminded me of my favorite yoga studio in CA.
I love the studio it's amazing and the teachers are wonderful! Love the specially curated music as well
My only issue is anytime I use any of the props I get allergies and I think it's potentially because the blankets/pillows aren't clean? But I'm not sure
