The instructor was phenomenal. Her personal technique was as impressive as was her ability to accommodate my 'newbie' abilities. Even though I was new, I was able to fully participate with the personal guidance and encouragement I was given.

It is clean and well organized. And the class teacher Crystal was amazing!! I loved so much about her.
It was an excellent class. challenging but not too far out of reach. and when I couldnt do the moves the instructor suggested he didnt come around and correct me and make me feel put on the spot, which I really appreciate bc im new to Yoga. The instructor also took time to learn my name and check in with everyone after class as they left. I felt very welcomed and not judged and like this place would give me lots of room to grow in my skills in a safe space. I'm looking forward to going back soon.
