Love the environment. The instructor did a great job of leading the class and had a nice commanding voice and was also encouraging.
Nic was awesome. Had a great time and learned a lot.
It was a wonderful experience! I have never practiced yoga on a regular basis and was nervous to do hot yoga with experienced people. I didn't have any reason to be nervous!
Everyone was very welcoming and the instructor didn't ever make me feel inadequate. I can tell that everyone is there for their own practice and not to judge others. I'll be back for more!
