Overall I really enjoy the Mat yoga classes! I don't like how the Root classes have changed, I prefer more of a Vinyasa or power style class, but now that I know which classes are which I know what to look for!
The teacher, Angela, was incredible. I loved her class!
Excellent experience
The teacher knew his skill very well and was aware of every student. The class was really fun and paced well for all levels. I felt like I got a good workout- physically, mentally and spiritually. The facility was gorgeous and clean. The staff was incredibly friendly. Definitely 10 star rating. Cheers to that!
