I love everything about the studio and it's energy! The instructor was absolutely amazing in every way. Her voice, her cueing, her music, the intention she set and the flow was interesting and challenging.

I live this place. It has saved me. I can’t do a lot of physical activity because if a surgery I had years ago. This is pretty much all I can do and it’s awesome. The instructors are so accommodating because I have to leave early (dr orders) and always work with me. Thank you!!!!
