Well organized, great studio, excellent teacher who not only led a great yoga practice but also gave some great guidance and insight
The environment - heat, lights, music - and Crystal is a great teacher that is encouraging and creates challenge and the space to learn from it. All the teachers I've had at Mindpose have been very good.
Friendly and Helpful instructors. Clean rooms and a great environment .
I love everything about the studio and it's energy! The instructor was absolutely amazing in every way. Her voice, her cueing, her music, the intention she set and the flow was interesting and challenging.
