I really appreciated how the instructor made an effort to ensure that every student fully understood her guidance. Her cues were clear and simple, making the poses easy to follow. She was genuinely engaged and focused on helping each of us individually. I especially loved the time she dedicated to setting a thoughtful intention at the start of the class and the meaningful quotes she shared, which left a lasting impact even after the session.
The practice and teacher was beautiful. I am pregnant and the smell in the lobby was quite intense, but that was my only complaint :)
