The studio was clean, professional and inviting. And Jessica's sound bath meditation was incredible. A truly transcendental experience.

I have taken two classes, yesterday with Adam and today with Tami. Both were so welcoming and lovely. I also loved their slow flows. It was exactly what I needed.
Also, the studio is gorgeous and I love the light and airy vibes.
My only gripe is the foam blocks! I hate them and prefer cork. :)
