I went to Tina's teacher training flow class and I really enjoyed the experience. It was very relaxing while being challenging. I have a lot of back pain and really enjoyed the suggestions she gave to modify poses. I wish I didn't live so far away so I could come to more of her classes.
Nick the owner is very nice and helpful. He helps take my yoga to a deeper level!

I like ve this studio. The environment is warm and inviting. The instructor or very knowledgeable, kind, caring and approachable. I also the diverse selection of classes.
Great flow to class, clean facility and never been to a hot yoga toga studio where they do a cold rag at the end.
