The space is comfortable and feels sacred at times. I often don't want to leave. It also wouldn't be what it is with out Crystal though. I love Diane and Amanda but really I started out my venture into the yoga world with Mindpose and Crystal from the very first day made me feel at home and has changed my life. I'm very grateful for the space and opportunity we have to grow together as a community. I'm looking forward to expanding into more classes.

I really appreciate it when class ends on time! B is awesome so love her. I also knew to expect it to go over. I feel bad leaving early. It’s a trade off I suppose. :)
