Amazing! The teachers, facility and environment is the perfect place for all levels of yoga practice. What is and has been created at Mind Pose is a breath of fresh air in a world that deserves yoga.
I brought a friend who was new to yoga and we both had a great time. I’m very experienced and she is new and we both got so much out of the class because of all the different layers offered for poses. Everyone is welcome for every class and I love it!
