My 5 year old daughter loves the little Omies preschool yoga class at Mindpose Yoga in Saratoga and is always so excited to go each week! She loves her teacher and is learning about so many positive aspects of herself, we also love the positive fun vibe of the class! I highly recommend this class for the littles!
