Awesome studio and "mood" to the class. Great instructor! Definitely a harder class. Would love to have more modifications offered and cues to listen to your body, permission to take drinks, etc. But overall a great experience!

Teachers are amazing , they all work hard to make sure your experience is what your body and mind need. Can't say enough about how much I love Mindpose. From the candles, to the view to the music to the amazing workout to the cold towel at the end , it will not disappoint, I promise.
