Lauren is a phenomenal teacher. I love that she warms us up and cools us down slowly. Speaking positive affirmations and mantra. Gives a great workout. Changes it up. Love the lights dim and the candles. Favorite part is the aromatherapy washcloth on my head at the end. Also absolutely love that I can buy a punch pass. I'm a busy mom with five children. Kids get sick things come up. Much nicer to just have punch passes I can use whenever then have to commit with so much money per month. I've had two friends join mind pose recently because of the punch passes. Makes it easy to attend or skip as needed.
I love that the studio has different heat options depending on the class. I am pregnant and this is the only studio I could find that had added heat, but was still safe to do while expecting.
