Great instructors, Adjust class for any level. Welcoming. The MindPose Slow classes are great.

So far I have loved it. The teachers have been great- I'm very new to Yoga and they do explanations well as well as they are encouraging. The class sizes have been good also! I don't feel out of place. My fav teacher is Shyloh- can you get her to early morning Saratoga more? Also love the cold cloth at the end!
