I love the studio atmosphere and the thoughtful preparation of the teachers!
I do have one complaint. There seems to be a bug/pest problem in the studio. I always see tiny red bugs on the floor when I’m in any facedown position. Could you look into this?
Very clean & nice facility that blocked outside noise. Instructor was so kind
I loved our instructor and feel so good today even though I pushed to me highest level yesterday. Usually when I work hard I'm down for a day or two, but not today!
Awesome workout and excellent instructor
It was my first time attending a Yoga class. The instructor was awesome and guiding us through each position and helping us with props. I felt comfortable and at ease.
