I loved our instructor and feel so good today even though I pushed to me highest level yesterday. Usually when I work hard I'm down for a day or two, but not today!
Awesome workout and excellent instructor
It was my first time attending a Yoga class. The instructor was awesome and guiding us through each position and helping us with props. I felt comfortable and at ease.
