MBSY has become something of a second home to me. The teachers are all first rate, as is the management. There's so much vibrancy, humility, care and attention apparent in every facet of the studio.
RE last night's class, I really like Patrick's teaching style. He's very enthusiastic about both spiritual questions and physical alignment, challenges.
In general, MBS is a wonderful asset for the community:good range of yoga styles, wellness, workshops, boutique, student challenges.
My one item for the virtual suggestion box is that I'd love a few more strong/advanced classes on the schedule. Ashtanga perhaps?
