Very comfortable environment. Nice people. The class was helpful to relax my self. I really liked the experience.

Actually I wish you had some Ashtanga classes and a couple more early (6:45am) classes. The studio is very warm, un-intimidating, clean and inviting. Teachers are great and work with the students. I'm thinking of trying some of the other services like massage, acupuncture.
