The instructors are talented wonderful people, keeping the classes light and fun. The studio always provides friendly soothing environment.
It was reviewed as being a welcoming and nice community to practice yoga.
Personally, the location is very convenient and I like the fact they have holistic offerings for wellness.
I've done 2 classes so far with Stacey, and I love the attention she brings, as well as her direction to ask what parts would you like to work on before class starts, to bring focus to those areas.
I'm excited to build a relationship with this studio.
