The yoga teacher and class were great and the staff at the reception desk were so friendly!
Because it was Epic for me, the people working there are so nice !
The restorative yoga class is very relaxing and Shawna creates a wonderfully open, accepting and non-judgmental space.
I loved the teacher and her guidance with modifications. She encouraged us to move slower and to take our time to find the pose. She was positive and upbeat! She was a sub today but I will definitely be looking for her name for future classes!
