Stacey is an amazing instructor! She encouraged participants to adjust what she was doing as needed for personal comfort. I am 63, my first time to ever do yoga and I felt very welcome! My daughter Amanda trained with you and loves your studio! I completely agree! ā¤ļø
I am a long time student of Johanna and absolutely love her classes so will follow her wherever I can
