This yoga studio is such a solace to me for dealing with my anxiety (and getting stronger) in a positive, warm and supportive atmosphere. I'm always comfortablegoing and I always leave feeling balanced and safe/calm. While I'm not always free at the time of my favorite classes due to strange work hours I try to makeit a point to come whenever I can. I always love Maria's classes especially, but all the teachers I have experienced at the studio are wonderful. If it werepossible to come everyday I would want to.
