Teachers are very caring and inclusive. Classes can be chosen according to interest and to participant's level.
Great instructor and staff
As soon as I entered your facility, I was greeted with a smile & hello. - Emma's ashtanga flow was challenging and paced nicely. - When leaving, the very nice woman behind the desk provided me with a list of Emma's classes for the week = great customer service.
Everyone was very welcoming, very pleasant. Liz was very helpful with answering all my questions. She also took the time to asked me question in order to get to know me better and that was very respectful.
The classes are always wonderful.
Y'all are the best. Going to Stacy's class is one of the high points of my week š
