I think Alyssa and her MBSY fam created a safe environment where everyone feels comfortable and nurtured when walking into the studio. Love! love! love! the staff and the vibe of the studio!
I have always enjoyed the atmosphere when i have been able to attend. The class was great and helped me with what my body needed, the teacher Hola was so welcoming and introduced herself right after the class, this was exactly The experience you want when looking for a class and are new to it.
